Verde Esterra Park Grand Opening Event

This is the grand opening event for Verde Apartments/Community along with Verde Esterra Park. This will be a free event for the surrounding communities, and we are estimating that 1500 guests. There will be free food trucks, live music and some activities, balloon artists and face painting.

11am POC Rebecca Boehme Shows up on site (Cell Phone 408-390-0227)

12pm-1pm Cort Party Rentals Delivers Rentals

4:00pm Band Shows and sets up

4:30pm Food Trucks show up

5:00pm Event starts Everything is open

5:45pm Mayor arrives do walkthrough if needed

6:00pm Mayor speaks/phots if any

7:00pm Event ends

7:00pm Cort Party Rentals Picks up rentals

7:15pm Final Walk with Janitorial

8:00pm Done and it was like nothing happened
