DESCRIPTION:Artists will take turns posing for each other during these monthly free\, laid-back\, clothed figure drawing sessions on the first and third Sundays of each month. Feel free to come in your fancy clothes\, your regular clothes\, or even in costume. Modeling is voluntary\, and attendees can choose how long they want to hold a pose. \nNo drawing instruction will be provided. Artists are responsible for bringing their own drawing supplies. Facilitated by Jack from Wolfberry Studio LLC with assistance from PAB volunteers Lytal\, Michael\, and Nick. Masks are encouraged to keep our community safe. Supported\, in part\, by 4Culture/King County Lodging Tax. \nWe are meeting in the back lounge area of the Together Center. Together Center entrances are LOCKED on the weekends. Go around to the BACK ENTRANCE on the south side of the building so that we can see you and let you into the life drawing area. If you are at the front entrance\, go right until you reach the end of the building and turn left around the building. \nStreet parking is available on NE 87th St. Transit Options: Bus: Redmond Transit Center is 0.4 miles (about 7 min walk) away. DESCRIPTION:On April 11th\, join the Redmond Historical Society for a tale of “true crime” in Redmond–130 years later! \nOn August 21\, 1895\, Joseph Cicero was killed on Avondale Road just south of NE 116th Street. This event was discovered by historian Dean Jowers while researching the Society’s archives. Information was gathered from newspaper articles\, court records\, and property tax rolls. Working together with Tom Hitzroth\, a story of the murder unfolded. Tom will recount how two once-friendly neighboring families became enemies. He will go into detail about the day of the killing. Following that\, Tom will touch on the complexity of the trials and the ramifications of the death to both families. Dean will answer questions after the talk. \nDoors open at 10:00 AM. This program is free to RHS members with a suggested donation of $5 for non-members. This program will be recorded.

SUMMARY:Beyond Binary Connections
DESCRIPTION:Come as you are to this bimonthly no-expectations social space for our transgender and non-binary community. Enjoy good food\, board and card games\, and chill conversation with others in the queer community. You are also welcome to bring a book to read or an art project to work on while quietly enjoying the company of other gender-diverse folks. Feel free to bring a game of your own to share or just hang out and chat!\nEach meet-up will be at a different location\, so sign up for Pride Across the Bridge newsletter or watch our website. Meetings on the fourth Thursday of each month are hosted at Redmond Library in meeting room 1. Masks are encouraged to keep our community safe! All ages are welcome to come. This space is led by our Good Vibes Fairy\, Milo! Please observe Pride Across the Bridge general event rules. Snacks and drinks are occasionally provided in this space.\n-This is a safe space for all. Any behavior that goes against the 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC community will result in an individual being asked to leave. \n-All ages are welcome\, but we ask minors or other folks who are under legal guardianship be accompanied by a guardian or friend when attending this social event. DESCRIPTION:Artists will take turns posing for each other during these monthly free\, laid-back\, clothed figure drawing sessions on the first and third Sundays of each month. Feel free to come in your fancy clothes\, your regular clothes\, or even in costume. Modeling is voluntary\, and attendees can choose how long they want to hold a pose. \nNo drawing instruction will be provided. Artists are responsible for bringing their own drawing supplies. Facilitated by Jack from Wolfberry Studio LLC with assistance from PAB volunteers Lytal\, Michael\, and Nick. Masks are encouraged to keep our community safe. Supported\, in part\, by 4Culture/King County Lodging Tax. \nWe are meeting in the back lounge area of the Together Center. Together Center entrances are LOCKED on the weekends. Go around to the BACK ENTRANCE on the south side of the building so that we can see you and let you into the life drawing area. If you are at the front entrance\, go right until you reach the end of the building and turn left around the building. \nStreet parking is available on NE 87th St. Transit Options: Bus: Redmond Transit Center is 0.4 miles (about 7 min walk) away. Light Rail: Downtown Redmond Station is 0.6 miles (about a 12-minute walk) away. \nGuidelines\n1. Do not photograph other attendees without their permission.\n2.
