SUMMARY:SRA Row for A Day
DESCRIPTION:Row for a Day (RFAD) is a quick and fun three-hour program to introduce youth (going into grade 8-12) and adults (age 18 and up) to the sport of rowing.\n\nBefore shoving off the dock in eight-person boats to row on the water\, everyone will learn key basics on land.
