The Brain Injury Alliance of Washington has been doing incredible, groundbreaking work for survivors of Brain Injury for 35 years.

Join us and many others, to learn and support a great local, crazy fun ride called BrainRide, promoting a great organization, – the Brain Injury Alliance of Washington. We are reaching out to you and your fellow meetup cycling enthusiasts to invite you to come out and ride with us this year.

This is a very near and dear organization to Jason Donaldson, who originally started riding for the BIAWA to help raise awareness and funds in 2012 after his mother died suddenly due to a Traumatic Brain Injury. The organization started with small MTB races which then became an 8 day ride across Washington state – they are now in their 3rd year as a group charity ride. Below you’ll find some highlights and information about BIAWA and what they accomplish, as well as some links to Strava and the Event Sign Up page. We truly hope you and your group can join us to have some fun, ride and enjoy great beer and BBQ. All proceeds go directly to BIAWA.

  • Start date & time: September 7, 2019 @ 9:30
  • Start and Finish location at our host, Post-Doc Brewing – A great place for gathering before and celebrating after.

  • The BIAWA is proud to serve 10,000+ individuals a year through free classes, support groups, information and referral services, and social opportunities.
