Meditation has been proven an essential practice to counter the numerous stressors we face each day.
This will help start or deepen a meditation practice. In this monthly class you will be given the opportunity to explore meditation in a supportive setting. Instruction will be given to guide you into a state of relaxation, cues given to keep you engaged in and deepen the meditation process, and guidance given to maintain your meditative state as you continue with your day.
