SUMMARY:Queer Figure Drawing
DESCRIPTION:Artists will take turns posing for each other during these monthly free\, laid-back\, clothed figure drawing sessions on the first and third Sundays of each month. Feel free to come in your fancy clothes\, your regular clothes\, or even in costume. Modeling is voluntary\, and attendees can choose how long they want to hold a pose. \nNo drawing instruction will be provided. Artists are responsible for bringing their own drawing supplies. Facilitated by Jack from Wolfberry Studio LLC with assistance from PAB volunteers Lytal\, Michael\, and Nick. Masks are encouraged to keep our community safe. Supported\, in part\, by 4Culture/King County Lodging Tax. \nWe are meeting in the back lounge area of the Together Center. Together Center entrances are LOCKED on the weekends. Go around to the BACK ENTRANCE on the south side of the building so that we can see you and let you into the life drawing area. If you are at the front entrance\, go right until you reach the end of the building and turn left around the building. \nStreet parking is available on NE 87th St. Transit Options: Bus: Redmond Transit Center is 0.4 miles (about 7 min walk) away. Light Rail: Downtown Redmond Station is 0.6 miles (about a 12-minute walk) away. \nGuidelines\n1. Do not photograph other attendees without their permission.\n2. If you make drawings of other attendees with discernible features\, do not post your drawings on social media without their permission.\n3. Do not touch other attendees or their drawings without their permission.\n4. Please help keep the space clean.

She will lead an eye-opening discussion on the real effects of screens on adolescent mental health. Dr. Tininenko will break down what the research says about social media\, gaming\, and screen time—and how these digital habits can contribute to stress\, sleep issues\, and anxiety. \nAttendees will have the opportunity to connect with others\, share their experiences\, and learn about strategies to help their children establish healthy screen boundaries\, reduce technology-related stress\, and promote emotional resilience in their teens.
