El Toreador is located in the heart of Redmond, Washington, just a few blocks from the Redmond Town Center. Owned and operated by three brothers, Mark, Eric, and Wayne, El Toreador was originally opened in the fall of 1979 by their Mother. This restaurant is family owned and operated, and they take pride in serving Authentic, Traditional Mexican Cuisine.
