Seattle native restauranteurs, Matt Fleck & Chris Matthew Hill opened Matts’ in 2003 with the simple purpose of creating a casual, upscale place with a lively bar, great food and friendly service. They brought live oyster shucking, a wood fired grill & rotisserie and fresh baked desserts to the scene, making Matts’ a neighborhood hit! Almost 20 years later, the partners are still part of operations, mentoring a new generation in their successful style of infectious fun, hard work and genuine hospitality.
