Join us this month to talk about how to prevent sadness with the “Big Dark.” We’ll create a toolbox to support ourselves for the upcoming Pacific Northwest winter.
Our Monthly Peer Groups are FREE for people ages 14+ with a disability in King County. This peer group meets in person in Redmond and virtually (hybrid) the fourth Tuesday of every month.
