Get Your Rear in Gear 5K Run/Walk

We’re kicking colon cancer in the butt at Get Your Rear in Gear – Seattle 5K Run/Walk. Cheer on the Kid’s Fun Run, walk through our giant inflatable colon, and support your friends and neighbors! Money raised covers colon cancer screenings here in Seattle, so don’t get left behind!
