On Display During Pride Month – June 1st-30th, Sat/Sun 11 am to 2 pm
In celebration of Pride month, VALA Eastside hosts a curated collection of collaborative art created by PNW-based queer artists and rooted in Disability Justice who are isolated due to ableism regarding the ongoing pandemic. Themes touch on what it’s like to live and value a politically de-valued life, queer joy and connection, transformation, grief, loss, desire, queer history, hope/futurism, and friendship/community through a multi-disciplinary lens.
