Funded by lodging tax revenue, these grants support projects that attract visitors from more than 50 miles away, with priority given to those that encourage overnight stays in Redmond.
Grant applicants may include cultural, historical, educational, sports, or community organizations coordinating events, tournaments, or promotions that draw tourism to Redmond. Grants may not exceed 50% of the total project cost.
The Redmond Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) will evaluate all qualifying applications based on official tourism funding criteria and a weighted scoring system. Final recommendations are submitted to the City Council for approval.
