  • LTAC Grant Requirements – Logo/Link Inclusion

    All LTAC-funded events are required to include the Experience Redmond logo on any print or digital marketing materials. For digital promotions, your materials should also link back to ExperienceRedmond.com.

  • LTAC Grant Requirements – Hotel Link Inclusion

    All LTAC-funded events are required to include a callout for “Local Lodging” or “Find a Place to Stay” on any digital marketing materials. This callout should link to experienceredmond.com/redmond-hotels/ so attendees can easily find accommodations in Redmond.

  • Hotel Sales Contacts

    If you’d like to connect directly with Redmond hotels to arrange room blocks, group rates, or other accommodations, you can find the full list of hotel contacts on our Hotel Sales Contacts page. These contacts are ready to assist you with your event lodging needs.
